A look back at the Qadran delegation's visit to Nantes, led on the 28th of September by His Excellency Sheikh Ali Bin Jassim Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to France. The delegation comprised high-profile individuals, notably from the Qatari Businessmen Association and the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who specially came from Doha to explore the Nantes ecosystem. They were joined by Bruno Courtine, co-President of Qadran, founding members Alexandre Zibaut and Natalie Demol, as well as representatives from Qadran member companies Engie and Equans.

The day kicked off at the Nantes-Saint-Nazaire Chamber of Commerce, with its President Yann Trichard, hosting a round-table discussion. The dialogue revolved around:

• The economic model of the Qatari market, its opportunities and key sectors.
• The economic strengths of the Nantes metropolitan area and the Pays de la Loire region, and the dynamism of its cultural and creative industries.
• Projects by locally-based companies, including Qadran members Engie and Equans, focusing on Franco-Qatari collaboration opportunities in the energy transition sector.

The day ended with a gala dinner, bringing together members of the delegation and key players from Nantes' economic and institutional ecosystem.
